How did you get the tether to work with galanor is it based on kills on enemies tethered

it's more based on the number of ads tethered (hits)...not sure on the exact number (6-8?) ...tether itself deals next to no damage...also returns 50% on silence and squall

What's the timing for the ball duplication?

I consistently get it by swapping weapons at 50% of the dunk bar, I think the exact timing is at 75% but try 50%.
