Hello Mem, Nice way to explain. I am bit confused here. My cmpy is registered with Amazon and I had applied for brand name (word mark), which is in 'Accepted' status. So I have below question.
1. With this Accepted status can I apply for my own brand on Amazon and Flipkart or any other market place
2. What should be done first, Brand name registration with Amazon or GTIN exemption.

Hi,For branded products you need authorization from Brand manufacturers, you need to contact Brand and get the Brand authorization letter and submit same letter to amazon..In Brand registry Video we have shown where is the option you need to submit Brand Authorization letter..

I am planning to sell apparels which will be manufactured by me. But it will after 2-3 months.At present i wish to create a new account as a seller in Online Marketplaces to sell other products such as books, Clothing, kitchenware etc. My question is that, afterwards when i am registering my brand of apparels with market places, can i sell other products also Simultaneously?
Hi Nishad, we are happy to help you. You can sell multiple category items from your seller account no problem, later when you register brand name in apparel category then also you can continue to sell other stuffs without any issue problem.
This is a seller account its like retail shop and New brand name registered, will authorized this seller to sell online. Hope your doubts are clear.

ZaaYega Seller Gyan I tried for gtin exemption. Firstly this is only available in Amazon and not in rest of site. Secondly I somehow manage to upload my product through gtin but when I click on the product to see how product is displayed there was buy now option. So I was thinking for brand registry or trademark something so that its easy to list my product and my online selling start up. Need your suggestion.
