Marcel, when you use the mushrooms to boost, don't use them all at once, use them one at a time and it lasts longer. :3
Lol how the times have changed since this video (refraining from the other ones) but the fact that Wildcat was so op in this and bullying the others by saying how good he is but then fast foward not too far in the future and both Daithi and Terrorizer have been the op Irish tryhards and constantly win all the time.

Great winning strats:
Press and hold a directly when the kart hits the ground after falling for boost start
2.75 seconds left to start: hold A for full boost
Use leader attacks and global attacks ASAP
Try ur hardest to stay directly behind others for speed
Hold L or ZL for holding an item behind u for defence
Press R at end of ramp for jump boost
Have Cody race and watch the salt level rise tremendously. 😀👍

jo marcel, simple tip for the next time:
hit the mushrooms from time to time. it'll boost you on max speed for a duration, so if you hit them all at the same time it only boost you like a single mushroom (or maybe a tiny bit more), so basically you do (höhö) want to hit them after another when the previous boost finished ;)
I know what Bowser and Wildcat have on common. They are both pricks! :D
