Great video! You always provide great value, and for this reason I keep checking back on how you see the nature of the business as it morphs over time. My question to you is about topics. If I understand you correctly we must choose a topic where there is less competition and this can be achieved by searching the market to see. It would be our great fortune to find that the subject that interests us happens to also be a topic that is not so saturated. Here's the problem I have in understanding. I'm guessing that not that many people can write great material on subjects where they have little interest. So to drift away from what I am interested in- to write solely because it has less competition- seems like a recipe to burn out fast. Conversely, to NOT write about what I have not only interest in, but a lot of experience, just because it is saturated is very discouraging. Do you see the dilemma? As you point out-- there is A LOT of WORK involved. How can anyone chase that base on what the market says is less saturated (today)?
Thanks ! The answer is simple: You have to fall in love with the process. No matter the niche, you’re doing business and solving problems. I could start a blog on any topic-no matter whether I like it or not if I see it’s a great business move. Yes, that would mean I’d also be interested in becoming an expert in pretty much anything if it’s a good business

To earn from Medium Partner program, the readers must be paying members. If they come from Pinterest, they won’t make you income. BUT if you do the affiliate thing, you can earn a boatload from your Pins and the traffic that follows. BUT either way, it takes time to build a buying audience and brand reputation. So remember to work hard every day!!
I signed up for your course-so excited! When setting up my Medium profile, should I write under my personal name with my brand name in the bio, or vice versa? Will you be covering this? If not, could you share your thoughts?
You can start there, but I'd rather start on Medium and then if you find success, that is, visitors and perhaps some affiliate income, then start your own site and treat it like a business. Also, in the long run, it's not wise to just rely on Google traffic. That's why having your own site, Medium blog, and perhaps a RUclips channel are a good way to diversify!

Well, although I’m doing pretty well I’m still far from my goals and I have been doing this for almost 4 years. But of course, it also depends on how you set your goals so if your goal is just to make some passive side income then that might not take that long, especially if you were to use my strategy

I get about 150,000 - 200,000 views to my stories on Medium every month. Surely, that might not be a lot but at least when I started, if there was someone with even 100,000 views, I would have been so thankful to learn from them.
