Bihar is the most poor state in country but still they bring the same ppl in power who r responsible for their pitiable condition. Either the opposition party should be like BJD in Odisha which works in coordination with center govt. Otherwise you need to break this monopoly of cast based voting pattern. How ll u do? By using them. So be patient atleast for 10 more years. It ll take time to make ppl come out of there decades old narrow thinking of cast n clan which they were pushed into by corrupt politicians.

Everything is fine but BJP is not paying enough salaries to govt employees nor implementing 8th pay commission. BJP is neither filling vacant govt post which leads to lack of staff and increase in workload.
Central govt employees are working 10-12 hours a day including saturday and paid very less for it.
