I literally cried all the way through this, so powerful. It's such a testamount to the Grant family that such a huge chunk of a Christmas episode (which are traditionally high on drama) was just dedicated to what is ultimately everyday chatter about a new baby.

yeah very moving. and yeah all pretty sad. damon died october/november 1987 i think
nice bit of script writing there with debbie calling her baby simon especially with the actor who played damon being called simon
