The Story of Collingwood 1908-1958

The start of the 20th century and the rise of the industrial revolution changed the way Collingwood harvested, and transported goods. The Shipyards, which were instrumental to the economy and identity of the Town gave way to the introduction of what would become Ontario’s largest ski resort. This is the story of Collingwood from 1908 to 1958.
