In our first two-part interview on ‘#TheJasonLeeShow,’ #DJVlad sits with host #JasonLee and together, they unlock all the tea and rumors! From being called a “Culture Vulture” and “The Feds” to solving the highly-publicized murder of #TupacShakur and spilling the tea on the alleged connection between murder suspect #KeefeD and mogul #Diddy, Vlad gets into it all! As the interview begins, Vlad tells us his origin story and how he fell in love with Hip-Hop and how he hustled in every corner of the genre. He also reflects on his legendary brand and how he’s helped discover newer podcasters in the game. Vlad also speaks on canceling #KanyeWest and condemning his anti-semitic views, as well as revealing more about his own Jewish ancestry, and thoughts on the current Israel vs. Palestine conflict. Before the end of part 1, Vlad talks about his business relationships with #GloriaVelez and #Boosie, and begins to speak on his years-long beef with #JoeBudden.

I enjoyed this interview. I’ve always heard bad stuff about VLAD being a culture vulture but this interview was important because we get to see him and how he really feels and his history with the culture.
If you watch his interviews he always talks about his background. He gives artist and actors who are not really spotlighted a platform.

This was so good. You can tell Jason has been investing in his craft. It's the quality of questions and subtle segues. Now Vlad...he dropped major gems! I was especially inspired by him stating you have to know when to quit and when to pivot. Also, his honesty about loving hip-hop but also wanting a successful money making business. So many people act like money doesn't matter but it does in this reality. It does not negate your passion or skill. Also loved how he was real and informative about the Jewish ancestral makeup. Cannot wait for part 2.

I have always liked vlad, there’s a kind of unique flow to his interviews that I find enjoying, of course I don’t watch none of the sports stuff but everything about rap culture is Vlads strong suit. Not saying i think you are a colorist but just to educate you Jason, being a colorist has nothing to do with not being black. Its usually black people or other colored minority groups with lighter skin and flowing/curly(not kinky) hair, sometimes light eyes and light hair, that find some sort of superiority due to the fact that you have lightskin privilege, pretty privilege and things of such. A black person can absolutely STILL be a colorist. I hope this comment reaches you

Great Interview and how can Vlad be a CV if he was there from the beginning. People late to the party can be labeled CV's but Vlad not one of them. It's sad because he is not black that he is labeled that. But as you can see, he is confident and does not care one way or the other. Finally matching face to this wonderful voice, plus i knew he was Ukrainian. You know your own 💪 🤣 But on a serious note Jason, thank you for sharing and educating others culture’s history of Eastern Europe. You might be surprised how black culture and Eastern European history similarly. I lived in Poland by Ukrainian border until 16, marshes law and all. Later 90s coming to America NJ and Brooklyn for 20 years. Now in Cali chilling and educating Southern Californian people (whoever would listen ) of the same subject you had with Valdimir 👏👏👏👏

In my opinion, Vlad and Akademics are not a comparison. I say that in a good way. I always say every1 is their Own Person which is self comparison. to compare where you are today as far as uplifting and compete WITH SELF STRONG Maybe Akademics looks up to Vlad 😃. Which is great 👍🏽.

Vlad gets an unfair wrap imo. I love his content and this interview was so dope. Very in depth and Jason has grown a lot as an interviewer. Real talk, when Vlad talked about how great it is when content creators go on each other's platforms I remembered that I actually started watching Math Hoffa because i saw a thumbnail with Vlad as a guest. That was my first episode and I love what Math is doing.
You’re okay with the fact that he lied about a black man Kanye left his concert after finding out his wife was robbed at gunpoint in their home and his security was in on it. According to this man it happened due to a temper tantrum. And he finished the tour. I literally went to the show with the floating stage
