      I am using fresh dough on a pizza screen directly placed inside the rational oven and it is only cooking from the top and the base is still raw. Any recommendations there?

    Can we bake 2 12-13 inch pizzas on one level?

      Each level is 25.6" x 20.8", so I would say you just about could.
