Well let me explain a few things here. I have been attending "explosion of joy" since I was six years. The annual worship and praise event is organised by a prominent evangelism group called joyful way Inc. Occasionally they release new music based on the theme for the year. This is one such occasion. It was the first time anyone was hearing this song and also the first time a foreign gospel singer was invited as the main attraction . I think its only natural to see where it was going before you jump up and down. I don't think anyone jumps around with music they are hearing for the first time. You give it time. Think about it and let it sink in. In fact that's why she was invited back in 2018. You can go see the difference in the two concerts. Nobody wanted to go home in 2018.
I see a lot of Ghanaians in the comment section defending this audience's reaction. Smh!
So if the song is not popular and you don't know the one leading, you won't worship? Some of you need a change of mindset paaa.

Listening to this song made me cry, and I've been through so much. I had suicidal thoughts and tried to hurt myself many times. I'm 15, going on 16 next month. 16 years of striving, tears, failure, success, and heartbreak. I've watched this video over and over but I just read the comments and it's just how people judge people based on one video. I'm a Ghanaian and I've been to such programs and churches where people lie prostate on the floor and worship. Let's not be in hurry to judge. I keep on seeing people giving comment about Ghana why don't we just forget about countries. We're Christians and that makes us one. We can't explain what happened over there so let's not be in hurry to comment against them because they did not react as some of you expected. What matters is that we worship in truth and in the spirit.
