The one infront is the group's leader Hyeon-ju (Chun Li hairstyle you mentioned in your reaction video for Curious) and she's the oldest at 22 🤔 She's Filipino-Korean
She previously debuted on 2 other groups and based on what I saw in the Universe Ticket show, she was chosen based on her leadership skill - brings out the best in everyone, knows the ins and outs of kpop (what to do, what to highlight in the performance), is okay not to be the center of the limelight and just makes sure the performance is great
She's definitely acts like the mom to the rest of the members (which are basically kids), keeps them in line, takes good care of them, appreciates and commends them and to top it all, she's an all rounder - great vocals, good dancer (though not always shown or seen in their songs)
Gehlee (aka Ariana 😂) is not usually on the interviews especially on the their debut era (superwoman) bec she does not speak a lot and understand much the Korean language; but lately (Curious era) she's doing lots of interviews already. Hyeonju on the other hand is always in interviews as expected of the leader (she def knows what to say) and great with pipz
Also during music shows, concerts - the group performs early or at the start of the program because they're kids (curfew I guess, not sure though but that's what I read) 😅
