You guys did an amazing job! I think using the awl along with completing each fiber install before you start the next hole-insert fiber-glue -snip is a SOLID PROCESS. It's a Zen approach and before you know it..... You're done ✅. And, totally mentally grounded 😉 I think instead of the glue the crystal clear, fast setting Gorilla glue is a good alternative to the hot glue gone. I've noticed that working out real well from watching other installs. Great idea too on careful drill in plastic roof pieces-then awl for doing those headed plastic trim areas..... Great job!!

Thats a good looking truck. I just installed 150 kit in my 07 Chevy Trailblazer and was able to cover the full headliner spacing the lights apart every 2-6"in.
You gotta work on not cutting people off when they talk lol cause you was talking over him the whole time when he was tryna talk. Other then that nice 👍

Hey man looks sick. Do you happen to have the name or a link to the needle you guys used? I wanna do this to my f150 and most people use a drill bit the whole time but as you guys said you go too far and it rips a hole.
@@carlstallins4067 XD depends on the f150, ive had nothing but luck with my f150 and f350 even though the f350 has a different engine, lol but he may wanna stick with a mans truck and not go for a womans truck haha
Do you live in the southern states? I just installed this kit in my truck and I'm worried about the alabama heat melting the fiber optics that is against the metal of my roof.

I think 550 is just right, maybe a little more but 1000 is too much. 700 should be the max for this type of headliner
