I've always said that Elvis was the inspiration for the Eveready Bunny. He just keeps going and going. Lol I saw him in concert twice in 1972 and he was amazing. The energy and emotion was constant and never flagged through entire concerts. When he hit the stage nothing existed in that building but Elvis. He was that captivating. As you walked out of the building it was a bit like the feeling of getting off of a rollercoaster.
I can't tell you how much i love and miss him, there is not a day that goes by that i don't think of him and all the memories we made in 10 short years, his death knocked the wind out of me the funeral broke me, i have never been the same since, Elvis was the big brother i never had. He is also my guardian angel. Graceland is my go to place when it get's to hard to live w/o my friend i go there and walk around and remember Elvis and all the beautiful times we had together. He was the only person in my life that understood me and cared about my feelings and opinions. What it comes down to is we both needed a true friend and we were that for each other. Awesome reaction. God bless you and your family from the one and only Memphis Tn. #forevermyking.
Oh to be there indeed. I’m in Australia and finally travelled to Graceland in August last year to visit the home of the great man. I was 15 when Elvis died and I literally stayed in my bed and cried for over a week, didn’t even go to school I was so distraught.
Love Loved your reaction ! totally related to the mind was emulating him, but my execution was very weak.😂 and I agree with truly honest, I can’t love him anymore. In fact, every time I see him it grows I guess there’s no limit we miss you Beautiful Elvis.
I have been an Elvis fan for over 63 years! I listen to his music everyday! There are no other musical acts or bands that excite me like Elvis! The one and only!
Great review, you have a unique enthusiasm for The King. BTW: had to look it up but a "Truck patch" has nothing to do with trucks, it is a small plot of land farmers & sharecroppers use to grow veggies for themselves. Thanks for the shoutout, I look forward to the review of "Just Pretend" a totally different showcase of Elvis' talent.
Really love your reactions man. Makes me curious to know if you're a musician or not? At any rate, there is so much good stuff. I'll definitely say to check out his version of Hound Dog, the longer version, early in 1956 on the Milton Berle Variety Show. It precedes his appearance on the Ed Sullivan show a number of times. And it is historically iconic.
Thanks so much - appreciate that and thanks for checking out so many of my videos! Sadly, I'm not a musician... I've had a few people mention the Milton Berle performance, I will check it out at a later point - want to see the one that caused all the fuss!!
Yessss, thank you for this one! Your moving with him gets better and better.🌞 Keep on going! At the moment I am totally into "stranger in my own hometown (X rated Blues version)". It's just the audio but you can hear how much fun he had making music. Glad that you had fun! Greetings from Germany!
The faster he moved the more the girls screamed. 😂😂 He was so good in this song. The arm in the air with the pelvic moves. If I had a fainting emoji, I’d use it. 😂He was and is great. Never gets old no matter how many times one sees it. Thanks so much. 😊😊❤❤👏👏👏🎸🕺🏻🎤
Thank you for your detailed reaction to this epic performance. When Elvis steps on stage ....all eyes ...hearts and minds are captured by him and nothing else matters except listening and watching his every move. The band...and back up singers keep their eyes on him ...because he was unpredictable on stage. So much fun. Thank you for a great reaction!!😊🌻
Are you kidding I love that I've got it on DVD can you do walk a mile in my shoe but this version has him saying a poem first before he does the song you take care and God bless
Elvis was unique what a talented man you're OK it wasn't to cringy you can't help but move along to Elvis he was magnetic l watched on my TV but you can't comment on there so l do so on my phone thank you 😀
@@PopularTripeNick that piece of paper is supposed to be a note & it seems too small a piece of paper for lyrics; he has held sheets of paper on stage w-him when he needed a little assist w-lyrics but they were regular size sheets
@@carolhayar3037 That makes sense. I also don't see him stopping mid song to stand there that long and read lyrics; doesn't seem like him, but I could be wrong.
Jane H commenting …. Elvis was just amazing, & he would know what to give to the audience to keep them wanting more …. & more. He really was the most versatile, athletic & brilliant singer of his day. They didn’t call him the King for nothing, but it was a title he felt uncomfortable with, as he was a spiritual man. Once he stopped singing after someone at the front shouted out that he was the King. He told her, ‘No honey. I’m not the King. There is only one King & that is Jesus.” How many megastars would do that? He also would sing a Gospel song or a hymn at some of his performances. He felt that God had blessed him with this voice, & had raised him from abject poverty to mega stardom.
now try what now my love live from aloha from hwai and hurt the hit singel or live then crying in the chapel then surrender then it's now or never ,live lasts performance, then the hit singel,.
Elvis had an excellent memory, so that would not have been lyrics he was looking at. Much more likely to be a list of any celebrities in the audience, as there were always a couple or more would come to these performances at the International in Las Vegas, & he would introduce them at some point during the performance. So someone would have handed the list to him either at the start of the performance, or at any point during the concert, & he would tuck it into his costume to look at when he was ready to introduce them to the audience.

Not jealous. Not jealous. Not jealous. 😂
2ND TO NONE THE MOST NATURALLY GIFTED SOULFULL, PASSIONATE VOCAL ARTIST TO EVER GRACE THIS EARTH, AUSTRALIA, STAY SAFE, 🇦🇺🇺🇲👍💯
I literally can’t love him anymore than I do; he’s just the best.
He was in a league of his own, other performers seems like total squares in comparison.
Love that song thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Love your Elvis reactions!!! He was, is and always will be the greatest! 🥰❤
Thank you! 🙌
Elvis is inspired by spiritual energy full of life...
Just brilliant from the master 💙💙
That I love that he's got a lot of rhythm and beat in it and I love to watch him dance
Elvis, the Legend.. Those people were sooooooo lucky, they had no idea. 😍😍😍😍
I love having someone to watch this with!
🙏🙏🙏
Those moves are incredible, even the less dramatic ones are mesmerizing to watch.

Wow! You got a great audience in that room. 🤪
They’re very supportive 😂😂
Powerful and exciting and he did it differently every single time. Electricity was in the air even before he bounded on stage. 👑🌟⚡🎶

Not lyrics. A note that was passed from audience member prior to this song.

This is great , great, great!
Was the note for sure lyrics? I always thought he was surprised and it was maybe a note some woman slipped to him.
