it is mathematical calculation to find radius of circle☺

Actually a circle radius has 2 sides and it's multiplied with the Pi(π) value which is 3.14 i.e., 2π = 2×3.14=6.28. If u click the "π" button in ur mobile calculator you'll automatically get it's value like 3.14159265....and so on. So this 6.28 is the standard formula used to calculate the waist radius for all waist sizes but I think it may vary for kids.

Circumference / diameter= pi.
If you divide the circumference of the circle by the diameter, you will get approximately 3.14-no matter what size circle you drew!
Isliye 3.14 × 2 = 6.28
