I wish I lived in a house where not only myself could enjoy seafood! AGH! 2/3s of us can't eat fish, for psychological or actual health reasons and I miss having Salmon!
"Shake Teriyaki" was the first dish I ever tasted in a real Japanese restaurant. Way back in 1988. :)

If you have skin on salmon would you put the sesame seeds on to the other side or coat the skin side and eat that?
I personally would put them on the skin side to make a more crunchy crust and have a more tender bottom side

weird - i literally just had a fishmonger come to my door to ask if i would be interested in buying fresh-caught fish every 4 weeks. he said he has the best salmon you can catch, and is bringing me some next week. and then this is the first video that pops up on youtube. STOP SPYING ON ME.

Completely off topic, but I don't know how to make a request other than hijacking one of your videos--Please, Pretty Pretty please can you do a recipe with fresh horseradish root! I just bought some on a whim and thought, Jeremy will have my back for using this..but there's nothing when I searched !! How can that be???
