This is great car :) Fantastic sound when accelerating and comfort when you want it ;) I'm currently fighting myself of buying such one (also full leather, panoramic roof, xdrive, gear paddles etc.) from 2013 (5y old) vs new ie. Mondeo MK5 2.0 TDCi 180 KM... I've drove both but ofc BMW 530d F11 xDrive is sooo fantastic that i can't stop thinking of it... the only problem is the insurance and service costs which is leading me toward "non-premium" segment new car for the same price .... and then again i'm hearing "roar" of R6 3.0 in my head :D (hard decision)
I really liked your video. I currently have 2006 BMW X5 E53 LCI 3.0d (218 PS/500 Nm) and I'm looking for a 2012-13 530d/535d (xDrive or RWD) with less than 90 000 km for about 30 000 Euro. I didn't test drive one yet, and I just wanted to ask: What is your fuel economy on country roads (90-110 km/h) and highways (130-140 km/h)? Do you think it's a fast car? How is the acceleration? Thanks for answering. Fuel consumption is really impressive compared to my X5 which is basically a tank :) I was considering a 535d, but I guess I'm better off with a 530d and more options, which costs less. I test drove an X4 a few months ago with the 30d engine and it was very fast. Cheers
