This is barely Taekwondo these days your not allowed to do half the moves you learn with traditional Tk. Where's the knees back fists etc. Competition tk has basically ruined the sport

Knees elbows backfists etc were all part of it not just a few kicks. What competition tk has done to the sport is a disgrace
