Shout out to the coaching staff at Texas, cranking out two very good DTs
Very impressive stuff
I've been looking for a channel like this for a while now, and I'm really glad I found it. I'm familiar with the top prospects, but I want to familiarize myself with a lot of the others, those who won't always go in round 1. Thanks a lot, bro! And as a Giants fan, I do miss Leonard Williams.
Thank you, that really means a lot! Yeah always fun to dive into who might be those mid round sleepers or late round gems, just makes the draft so fun to follow!
A very strong DT class
It’s got some really nice players I think it is underrated for sure
You speak for all Bengal fans at the importance of a DT. Miss DJ Reader
I'd take Sweat to spell for DJ.
Yeah it’s an incredibly important position in the modern NFL, players like Reader can have a huge influence on the play calls you can run and being able to sit back and drop 6-8 players into coverage
As a Texans fan, y'all are good with Sheldon Rankins. The Texans only offered him 1M/year less than Cincy. That dude wouldve completed our D-line.
Im hoping the Texans scoop T'Vondre in the 2nd. They don't need a 3 down guy. The Sweat addition would give them a pretty solid platoon of situational DTs.
@@landonlogsdon490 I'm pretty excited for that pick but I guess the team figured that DJ will not be moving into the direction the defense will be going. I'd hope DJ would remain a Bengal but it's funny Cincy tends to get DTs from the Texans. DJ played there and now Rankins. Houston always finds solid D-linemen.
Good stuff, Brother, thanks!
I think Leonard Taylor has the most potential out of all but still very raw. Could see him ending up like a deforest Buckner type
I could certainly see Buckner as a high end comp for him, he’s got a long way to go but I agree if he hits in the NFL he could be an amazing player
I agree especially if he plays in 4-3 at 3tech
Just found your channel and immediately subscribed. Don’t let me down. Love the draft and you’re analysis sounds very intelligent and thorough
Thank you very much, I appreciate your support!
Great list. 👍
Thank you for watching!
Good stuff brother
Thank you sir!!
I agree. I love Newton. He plays with passion. He kind of reminds me of Dwight Freeney. I hope and pray that my team (AZ Cards) will be able to draft him.
Great video man, hope my lions can grab one of these guys in the draft
Thanks for watching! I could see them loving someone like Fiske in round 2
I stand corrected. Well done
What is your take on Maason Smith, injuries aside, I think he has some of the highest potential in this class.
Leornard Taylor could be steal. I would be hoping to get him 3rd or 4th though. I could see him get drafted in the 2nd the combine could really help his draft stock.
Like Taylor, quick and compact.
T. Sweat turns into Keith Sweat in the trenches. Getting his hands all on folks. Titan Upper
Love ur analysis one of very few channels who is spot on with accurate explanations and analysis. I think ur spot on with Byron Murphy II . I’d love the Bengals to snatch him at 18 but I think he’s prolly the first DT taken off the board. Going 9-15. Even seen drafts where the Bears 🐻 grab him at 9 . If u were Gm who would u target at 18 for the Bengals???
Thank you so much! Yeah I’d say Bowers, Murphy, and Newton would be my top preferences for who they take. OT like Mims or Latham would be good pick in my opinion as well. I also would like Powers-Johnson as well. Tons of different options!

Thank you, I appreciate the support!
Byron Murphy is the best Defensive Tackle in the 2024 draft cycle, even at 6'1.
"Hook Em"
Sweat would be my pick in 2nd for Bengals if he's still there. Almost 2 perfect. I'm wondering if they would consider trading up. I'm thinking he's going to get drafted close to their pick.
I get the feeling some very good players will drop down the board because of the need for qb’s, oline men and elite wide receivers.
I think it would be very interesting to see how Mazi recovers if they Draft Kris Jenkins, DT, Michigan. He played with Mazi in school and I’ll bet they could help each other figure out how to dominate in the NFL.
McKinley Jackson Texas A&M is being overlooked. Should top 6-7. Better stats than most of you're guys listed in less games vs stouter competition.
I believe if Sweat loses 30 lbs and plays at around 330 he could be just like Vince Wilfolk, the former Patriot's NT. Wilfork consistently played in the 330-340 range and was very effective, even played as an every down DL. "The Refrigerator" was also another huge, but very mobile, Defensive Tackle. He was surprisingly quick for his size and even scored a TD in the Bears' only Super Bowl victory. I have Sweat and Murphy rated ahead of Newton. McKinnley Jackson of Texas A&M needs to be in the top 10. Probably at the end, between the 8th and 10th best overall. Looks a little like rookie phenom Kobie Turner who should've been awarded Defensive ROY over Will Anderson. Turner had slightly more sacks as rookie than Anderson did.
Yeah I think Sweat has to get down to around that range to be able to consistently be a presence on the DL, Jackson finished just outside the top 10, he finished 12th for me but combine/further evaluation could move him up for sure
I wouldn't mind Patriots pick him (Braden Fiske) in the 2nd or 3rd round we could use an upgrade at dt to replace Lawrence guy and godchaux dude has a motor decent against the run and applys much needed pressure reminds of me Justin Smith from the 49ers when they would use him as a dt
Yeah I could see that being a really nice fit for them, they could use an upgrade on the interior next to Barmore
I think the Patriots are gonna go after Christian Wilkins.
61 for NC is a big apple pie eatin big boy
I'd love to see Braden Fiske drop to my lowly Raiders in the 3rd.
He’d be an excellent addition to that run defense
Excellent evaluation!!! Go Buffalo 🦬 Bills!
Thank you for your support!
Seahawks got Byron Murphy!
An excellent pick for them!
W video
Thank you very much!
@@ultimatescouting keep up the great content
All these guys can improve on all these stats, well to me numbers only look good paper
Sweat is a monster
Jerzhan Newton finally getting the respect he deserves. As good as Byron is, Jerzhan is just better. Jerzhan vs psu film is one of the best you will ever see from a DT. Psu o-line was very good last year
Fiske is a Lion. Screams Brad Holmes/Dan Campbell guy.
I completely agree, definitely seems like their type of guy
Yep
I wonder if Newton could play DE.
Imagine somebody like Sweat next to Jeffrey Simmons
Fiske dominated Murphy in the the importnant drills
Gabe Hall?
Taylor didn’t stick out at the combine, he was kinda meh. Turner, Verse, Murphy, and Latu will go in the top 20. Newton didn’t get measured, a big red flag
Som will get bigger as they get older
No DL Darius Robinson 6'5 286 Missouri
Have him in my edge video, he’s a big guy but I still think he will be best as an outside player
I like Michael hall as a stroud side edge that can move in
Same with dorlus
Yeah both of those guys provide some nice versatility, I think they need to put on weight to be full time interior players but as a 3-4 DE or even playing outside as a 5 tech on running downs that could be a good use of their skill sets
Imagine Bengals signing Justin Madubuke in FA then Drafting Byron Murphy II at 18 . This DL Fromt would be NASTY !!!
DE Trey Hendrickson 6’4 270
DT Justin Madubuke 6’3 305
3T Byron Murphy II 6’1 308
DE Myles Murphy 6’5 275
That’s a Top 3 Def Front 🏆
Oh absolutely that would be a sick front, I think Murphy or Newton may end up being my favorite picks for the bengals if they can’t get Bowers
Why isn't Braden Fiske on this list?
He’s number 4 lol
@ultimatescouting Not sure how I missed that..I thought I was paying attention thru the go l whole video.. obviously NOT.. Lol
Dallas will draft
1st round - O Lineman
2nd round- Tvondre Sweat
3rd round - Jaylen Wright
That would be a fantastic draft for them no doubt
Vikings need T’vondre sweat
He would be a great fit to fill that need in run defense
Colts need to pock up fiske
Would you have moved fiske up if you knew he dominated the combine 🤣
Where's Ruke Orhorhoro
He just missed out on the top 10 for me, he’s 11
Smaller make them DE
Your list tier is wrong bro Murphy is definitely above newton
Taylor lll being a red shirt senior is concerning to me
Redshirt sophomore
Was up I’m eagles 🦅 fan we need one this year Fletcher cox leaving
Yeah I could see Howie really liking one of these guys and taking them early!
Packers need tvondre sweat
Fiske athletiic grade is not a 7 now after combine. RAS score better than Kancey
Yeah he surprised me with how insanely athletic he was, I loved him before the combine so that only made me like him more!
He had a great combine but his age is gonna take him off some draft boards … some Gm’s do not like taking players over 23
Let me guess Fiske is not on this list
Where is Fabian (Ground Zero) Lovett 6'4 315 lbs friske partner in crime
Davis isnt very big to be a DT
