    Now a days for peri urban zone builders are paying money and converting land to residential by relealising new GO is this fine

      No Sir, that's only for 10% Land usage. We have to Read the full documents while they show such kind of documents.

    If Venture comes under local bodies like Munciaplity area,can we do construction ?
    We could see many areas under periurban zone constructions done with full plot area G+2 & G+4.
    How permissions are giving?

      @molakamsadda Every 10 years local ares, which periurban moved to recedential if Recidentially developed we can see many prime areas.
      such case, all dtcp layouts come in free zone, not sure which zone will move in future if moved to hmda limits .call us still have queries .

      Kindly suggest me about a newly constructed property at visakanagar,Almasguda, which is 280meters from bufferzone of komati kuntan(peddacheruvu).we want to buy this house or not? if not why? what is d problem .

    Sir.. What is the way to identify peri urban zone plots ?

      First you have to check the mandal where you are going to invest. If that is under Peri Urban zone, look for survey number, if the servey number belongs to Peri Urban zone, Take step careful.
