    The green stuff on the weapon is Fortress buff not the blightfire .. blightfire is the green glow/Gas on the enemy when u apply toxic 3 times which is 3 bullets or any source

    I’m doing a different build too. Using the set for its toxic damage, the mods to boost damage against toxic afflicted enemies, and fixing wave mods. But the build entirely revolves around tools of destruction making use of the mods from grim inventor gloves and chest pieces, as the grim inventor set bonus is currently bugged and requires constant armor swapping between areas to keep the bonus active. But the build with flame leper is not bad at all and I would say it’s better than the grim inventor set to make use from tools of destruction. I’m using fixing wave, rocket launcher, and pain launcher. Quite nice.

      I thought about doing the same but pain launcher requires too many mods to be effective imo...so i felt like id be missin out on alot....unless the rng gods blessed me with the perfect apoc gear wit perfect mods in each 3rd slot...i hope youre able to make it work tho!! Good Luck!

      @@RedLineOneGC You only really need 3 mods for pain launcher. Damage, extra rockets, and reduced cooldown. The range and area cover mods aren’t really necessary as they just spread your damage out more. As for the rocket launch in tools of destruction you only need 3 mods as well, being damage, 100% base ammo increase, and explosion radius. There’s all the necessity mods included with grim inventor chest and gloves. Then you can replace toxic effectiveness mod on leper boots, blighted rounds mod on leper head, and fixing wave mod on leper pants. I got lucky with my boots apoc slot having fixing wave mod for getting ammo back. But the rest of my apoc mods are rather useless, so there’s still room for improvement as well, like getting captain hunter on chest and euthanizer on the helm

      @@S_Hatch yea i always include the range and more cover because its hard to catch enemies in a straight line so i want to make sure i hit enemies thats more spreadout as well, i only need 2 mods for TOD which is base ammo and AP on kill wit minigun...i think the base damage and radius for rockets is pretty good as is....but also i try to make sure the build i would make from that would sorta have an identity...so like Cold Snap version is mainly for "speed runnin", the version in the vid is "strongest toxic damage"...so i asked myself "what would be the identity of a TOD version of flame leper build?"...it wouldnt be a One-Shot...it wouldnt be speed runnin...so with me not being able to answer that plus the mods i would need to use to be as effective as id want it to be...i figured i wouldnt be that useful to go the TOD route
