Oh my goodness, I LOVE the wardrobe analogy!!! That's so wise!
You are so sweet!
Love this video, especially the honesty! My kiddo is still a toddler but we're hoping to homeschool, so I like updates like these!
Thank you! I am glad to hear it helps. 😊
Thank you for this video! I did way too much for preschool and have focused on scaling back and being consistent for the upcoming kindergarten year!
❤ Sounds like we learned the same lesson! I am very thankful I learned that early on 🙂 I hope you two enjoy the upcoming year
This is a great video! I would love a video about the Prodigies program, sounds really interesting 😊
Thank you! 😊 I appreciate the feedback. I will prioritize a Prodigies review video 😊
Prodigies video will post tomorrow morning! :)
Love your honestly! I think self-reflection is so important. I have Blossom.& Roots. There are elements that I do like, but I don't do everything. I VERY loosely follow it. I am really on the fence about Prodigies. Do you think 2 is too young to start the video lessons? Would starting say at 3, be better?
We started early, around 2! We did them as a family, one video at a time and it has been a really good fit for us. Their RUclips channel has some free content. I would recommend starting there before purchasing, if you are on the fence. It's a good representation of the kind of videos they have. :)
What a great video. We will enter our 5th year after the summer and have continually made the same mistakes. What other videos have you watched I would love to watch them and learn also. X
Thank you!! 😊
I used to primarily watch RUclips to get curriculum ideas. I had a few channels that I followed and definitely did not have a very wide view of what homeschooling can be. I do still really enjoy these channels and that content, but I have started watching a variety of different channels with different viewpoints. Some secular, some Christian-based, some neutral, etc. About a month ago, I found Michelle G's channel and her messages about consistency really resonated with me (ruclips.net/video/v49h994CXAY/видео.htmlfeature=shared). Homeschool-ology's video here helped put some things in perspective for me as well (ruclips.net/video/-8MvJAqRs-Q/видео.htmlfeature=shared), especially when it comes to scheduling. :)
