Your 0-100 counting is very wrong. The milliseconds go until 300 (out of 1000, basically 0.3 seconds every second*)
i think those are not milliseconds but the seconds are correct, i tested it with a phone ( the counter is from youtube )

I think it's counting frames. Had this confusion with video editing before.
It's counting seconds and frames (25 frames per second : 1 frame 0.04 secs). 13:20 means 13 seconds and 20x4=80 hundreds of seconds)
it is not a dacia logan with 115 hp in 2008 😅😅...is just 105 hp from 1.6 16v petrol engine
