Great video. It is important to share what are good items for beginners. Sometimes we get carried away buying everything and then it isn't really what we should be purchasing.
I always go for a natural look like this as well, what a great first tank! If it was my tank I'd put large schools of rasboras and corys (12 each), a small group of otocinclus (6) and a nice male betta in there. Probably a veiltail or elephant ear of some kind. Plakats zoom around big open spaces, but the long and drape-like fins of other types need extra space even more. But I'm a betta addict, with 25.

Albino cory catfish would look great on the black substrate!
They would do better on Sand as the rough substrate would heart their barbs whiskers. :) I do love Albino Cory Cats though!
