I love your Antique shop Misty. I wish I lived closer, I see so many items that would look great in our home. I look forward to your next video. Have a great day. ☺
Georgie, just FYI, Misty ships (within reason I’m sure, lol) lol...I live in South Texas and I’m not shy about asking, lol...in fact I saw a few items I’m going to inquire about later today when I get a chance to rewatch and write down... Misty is a pleasure to work with. Just sayin, lol 😝
Misty love, love seeing you in your shop. And the color areas are so easy for me to glimpse at and see things I probably wouldn’t otherwise. I think you ought to remind everyone that you shop and maybe do a video on up to what size you ship so we all know. Now those little chairs I would love but I know my limits, lol....Anyway great content as usual and thanks for having coffee with me this morning. The day can now proceed. Have a fabulous day, Misty!
Thrifter, Junker, Vintage Hunter Honestly I don’t know where they were purchased from originally they were in a lot of jewelry that a friend of mine was destashing and she gave them to me. She use to make earrings too so I always assumed it was a pair she made until I saw them on your ears lol
Misty I enjoy all your videos and your shop videos in particular. The eclectic mix is fun and visibly appealing. You ask what we would like to see more of and know about in your shop. Hmmm, how about your dad😅😉lol...he's a hoot...you have mentioned he has collected antiques his whole life. He must have stories to tell...the video where he brought in the" maybe explosive" to the shop made my day. And I love the music at the end where you show the photos. Have a beautiful Indiana day.
I just found you and I’m so excited! I see this video is 2 yrs old so I’m hoping you’re still going strong!!! I’ve been wanting to open an in-person vintage shop but most people are selling online so I’ve had a hard time finding you tubers that have in person shops! I’m interested in learning how you keep track of sales and inventory!
Already a subcriber, and just leaving you this messeage to let you know, I watch you and like you so much and by the way love, love, love your parents.
Misty, your shop is huge! My mom's was smaller. Are your parents part owners? Grouping items in odd numbers, in general, is more appealing. I collect dogs and flamingos so I'm kind of a nut job. I like mid century things because it brings back memories. Have a great day!🙃
Thank you Jacki! We are partners with my dad. I love wacky odd things too! All of us weird collecting people are kindred spirits for sure! Life's too short to mot love fun, colorful things! ❤
Great video Misty! I’d love to hear about your pricing strategies for shop versus online. Also whether you are able to sell things in your shop that wouldn’t do so well online? I feel like eBay is very brand driven and I often come across neat vintage pieces that I think I would be able to stage and sell if someone saw it in person.
Love your channel and energy in your videos. Maybe do what sold in the shop videos like you do with eBay. How do you make your shop profitable when most brick and mortar shops have gone out of business? Do you own the building or rent it?
I'm interested in seeing and learning about items in your store. Maybe why you bought the them what price you think they will sell for. Really just seeing what you have in there loved watching today thanks
I love your shop too! Those red chairs are awesome. I love seeing your color sections/groupings today. It gives me inspiration to rearrange and dig some of my antiques out of the closet for fall. Thanks for the great videos. I am so glad that I found you on Mellissa's channel.
Love the ‘walk around the shop’ videos! If you could say the name of some of the pieces you are selling you may get some interest in buyers watching. I saw a little round blue fiesta shaker that is really collectible (I collect and sell fiesta). I think I would have put it in front of the tall dark blue S&P shakers (group of 3) someone might even purchase all 3 together.
Hi Misty! I love your shop and I would just like to see more of the antiques that you have and the prices that they are worth. I do hope we get to see videos of you decorating for Christmas! Perhaps your camera on a tripod and then we can just watch the magic! Best wishes to you as you continue your journey!
I so wish I lived closer so that I could purchase a few items from your shop. I love vintage items and it would be fun if you could do a few shop with me type videos where you could tell us what some of the fun items cost. We could then message you if we would like to purchase those items plus shipping.
You’re so cute! Love your videos and your fun personality! Must be the Indiana in you (I was born there)! 🤣💖
Thank you!! I agree, we Indiana girls are fun!! ❤
Love the store you used to have open. Very nice!
Love your shop!

Awe! Thank you Sandra!! Great idea! I will ship just about anything. :)
I LOVE your shop! And you! Your videos are so much fun😊 Thank you
Awe! Thank you Sharon!
May Sir God always bless you!
You are great! Love your store!
Thank you Kelly!! 🧡
Ok, you asked for ideas: I need to learn brands, like the markings on the bottom of pieces, so maybe teach us on that thanks! 😻💕
On it!! ❤
I have those earrings you have on. They are one of my favorites
Did you buy them from CoBro? My friend made them and we sell them in the shop. I'm obsessed with her pieces! ❤
Thrifter, Junker, Vintage Hunter Honestly I don’t know where they were purchased from originally they were in a lot of jewelry that a friend of mine was destashing and she gave them to me. She use to make earrings too so I always assumed it was a pair she made until I saw them on your ears lol
You are so inspiring. Goals!
Love the video and this music!!!!

Thank you! I try to get him in more videos. He's camera shy...lol. I'll keep working on him. 😉

Thank you Patty! They are pretty cool, I have to admit!

Beautiful Store. Love everything in it. I might need to visit my nephew in Indiana to go to your store.
It was fun to watch you work in your shop. It is lovely. :) How long have you been running this antique shop? Thanks for the video!
Thank you! 4 years. ❤

I will definitely do that. Some things just sell better staged. Thank you, I'm adding it to my list. :)
Love your channel and energy in your videos. Maybe do what sold in the shop videos like you do with eBay. How do you make your shop profitable when most brick and mortar shops have gone out of business? Do you own the building or rent it?
Great ideas!! We own our building outright, so it definitely helps during the slow summer months.
I'm interested in seeing and learning about items in your store. Maybe why you bought the them what price you think they will sell for. Really just seeing what you have in there loved watching today thanks
Thanks Teresa!!
Love the desk wishing I lived closer I'd come buy it. 😍
❤❤

Thank you Wendy!!! The color coordinating is fun! I'm glad you found me too! ❤❤
I would like to see and learn more about depression glass
Got it!
Cool video I only bring fast food home
Thank you. :)
Id like to learn more about royal Hager
Gotcha!!

Good idea! I need ideas like this because my brain is just "Imma film today at the shop." and then I feel its all just a big ol' mess.
Hi Misty!
I love your shop and I would just like to see more of the antiques that you have and the prices that they are worth.
I do hope we get to see videos of you decorating for Christmas! Perhaps your camera on a tripod and then we can just watch the magic!
Best wishes to you as you continue your journey!
That's the plan! I've even set it up today. Practice! Lol!

I will be filming a video like that on Thursday. :)
I'm happy to ship items.
Awww, don’t you think the other pieces of furniture get sad when you say Pinky is your favorite? 😛
They know their place. Lol! Pinky is the QUEEN!
Show us what you sell!
Got it!
What do you have on the mid century lamps
I'll double check when I get to the shop. :)
@@ThrifterJunkerVintageHunter thanks mid century is my jam. It's very popular here. We have very different consumer types In Our areas.
