It always bothered me to study in complete silence and people told me to try Lo-fi chill playlists, but I would get distracted by the various instruments and melodies.. this is just perfect omg even tho I should go back studying instead of typing this bye-
Same. Lofi is too distracting, its like ambient elevator music for doing chores around the house or taking a bath. Not for studying/focusing on work tasks. The real ADHD focus music that helps me focus are the minimalistic ones that make me feel like a private detective on an urgent mission.
This has been the ONLY video I've found that actually has music I LIKE. And I have tried A LOT of them. So many of them, the music is awful.. This is more my style, the nice trance/EDC type music and I can actually listen to it when doing homework and it does exactly what his description says it does. I've even noticed with a beat here and there of the music that a muscle will twitch inline with it. It's kinda crazy. Thank God I found this video. I just started college and it's been a long time, I have ADHD and I get VERY tense when doing the work. This video keeps me calm but not sleepy. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!
I totally agreed with you! Thank you universe because I tried many different types of ADHD and it was ok. But this one sounds so creative and lit! BTW I like this one!
This has helped me a lot with my schoolwork! I'm such a heavy procrastinator and can't keep my mind focused on anything. The varying tones in this were subtle enough to keep me on track, but still keep my brain engaged. I'll definitely be looking into more of your videos!
I'm not diagnosed with ADHD but I find this quite helpful. I have a hard time concentrating but it works better with this in the background. It's nice!
A diagnosis doesn't give you ADHD, just because you're not identified as having it, doesn't mean you don't. The converse is also true, just because a random doctor who got a C, says you have it, doesn't mean you do, or need meds.

This Is AMAZING!!! I've just written over 1,000 words in like 3 and a half hours... I have been struggling for ages to get down and focus on this work and am dyslexic as well as having, so far unmedicated, ADHD... I really can't thank you enough for the AWESOME, AMAZING gift you have given us by creating this piece
I really appreciate this playlist. I've dealt with adhd my entire life and I'm currently working on my research proposal. I have been able to complete more of it listening to this than anything else in weeks. This is just the right amount of stimulation for me to actually focus.
I got so lost in my work that when I left and came back I asked myself, "was the music playing the whole time?" Got an amazing start on my summer school lesson plans.

As far as I know, I don not have ADHD. Still, this music (and your other ADHD study music tracks that I've heard) all help me keep my mind from wandering while I am doing homework for college. They also help me get focused to start the work in the first place.
My big exam is coming up the day after tomorrow and I must say that this is the best cognitive enhancer/focus music track on RUclips! I feel like I'm in a full state of flow and complete focus while playing this. Wish me luck!
I put this on when Ive taken my meds and need to bite the bullet and start cleaning. It helps me think and beat executive dysfunction along w the meds.

Sometimes I feel like this is a placebo effect. I mean, I have inattentive ADHD and having some auditory stimulation really does increase my productivity, but I also have a special interest in music because I'm an artist myself. I've found that I can get distracted with music that has discernible rhythm so I tend to just use like white noise and stuff when I have to work on something for school. I'm wondering if anyone else feels the same. Maybe it's just because everyone is different, but stuff like this really distracts me. Does anyone else feel the same?

While I've never been diagnosed, I have been struggling with focusing and concentrating for the last 5-10 years. I have ALWAYS- without fail- been an excellent procrastinator. I have one or two other videos that are "old faithful," for when I'm trying to get long-term intense work done, but I hit a point that they get too quiet, they make me tired, or they simply don't engage me enough to stay focused AT ALL. I tried this one tonight while having late night work and it has been AMAZING; I have gotten so much done without taking a break or getting distracted. The extra beats, synthesis, and such make a huge difference in keeping my brain engaged, but focused on my task. Thanks for making this :)
I like this music. But it makes me fall asleep. I can feel something like something is awakened inside but I don't know. Maybe the slow music is what makes me sleepy.

I am a musician and I also have ADD/HD. I always wondered how music would effect my mental state. I once did a test in high school that used Baroque music Vs. Not bad. Helped me a little id say. It kinda sounds like something out of the video game Subnautica but over all helpful enough :) also its nice to have one that changes its music tones. Most others i have looked up are alright but they repeat the same tune and that gets boring.
