Because of how trick room works behind the scenes, Deoxys-Speed at x4 speed goes so fast that it would still go first light explanation: The way trick room determines the actual turn order by treating your speed as if it's [10,000-Speed Stat], and then abusing the fact that, *when determining turn order*, the speed stat overflow starting at 8191 (integer limits) to loop higher speeds to become way smaller than they should be. problem is, if you have atleast 1809 Speed, then the end product of Trick Room's ends up being too low to overflow and so it stays faster than fucking everything no, do not ask me why it's like this
