Would you ever consider redoing the various XX and original GG tracks that weren't in X, but in this style? These remind me a lot of the arcade version of the X soundtrack, which is something of a guilty (haha) pleasure of mine.
One of the thing that pissed me off with the XX version of Baiken's theme was that they purged the Japanese accent of the song (the shamisen part) and replaced it with full on rocking guitar. Some of you might've enjoyed that, but to me the song kind of lost that certain character that differentiates from the rest of the soundtrack. Listening to this one, I am SUPER happy Ishiwatari decided to bring back the shamisen. If this is even anywhere close to the real track, then I am going to be five times as stoked when the real thing hits!
Same since that Japanese accent is vital to Baiken's character due to her origin as a Japanese samurai (since in Guilty Gear being Japanese is very special and since there is very few Japanese left alive) and seeing it turn to pure rock in XX annoyed me but I just hope in the later games they bring back the Shamisen to bring back colour to Baiken's theme song.
