SWEEET!! SO HAPPY ... Just get home from picking my kids up from school, dropping them off at dance then walked home to find a new 628 DIRT ROOSTER 🐓 Video!! Life is good!! Thank you Randy!!
lmao i literally laughed out loud when you pulled out a trapped queen. I was like damn straight never seen that before barehanded, and outta no where caged queen hilarious.

Wow!! That looked like a faucet had been turned on with that one honey comb full of honey!! It was raining honey and that was beautiful!! Merry Christmas Randy!!
Got into one that kinda looked like that a couple of years ago. House was built in 1901. Hope to never see another one like it. Merry Christmas to you and the whole family.

You pulling that queen out like that, was like something out of a fairytale!👍😁
I got an unopened box of those thin nitrile gloves. They're all yours since they don't sting YOU through them. You've seen my pictures that say otherwise, but that was a hot hive. Let's just say I was happy to pinch my first queen.
I really enjoy your content. I love the banter between your friends and you. You inspire me to bee keep. They spray for mosquitoes in my area so I imagine that would kill the hive.
I didn't think anyone on earth procrastinated more than me, Randy! Gotta get out there earlier, makes removals much much easier. Because no two removals go perfect, so when you get to the site at 8 or 9, 1. You miss the heat of the day. 2. You don't end up working till midnight with drop lights. 3. You're not flying to your next appointment and don't have to come back thebnext day.(MOST OF THE TIME) Anyways love ya rooster from Albuquerque New Mexico. Hope you haveba great Christmas 🎄!
Great to see this. Hey blessings to you and family, brother his family and mom and dad. Hope you guys have great holidays. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 and happy New Years May 2022 be awesome
It took me a while to realise that the wheezing at the beginning was probably you pumping the smoker and not you up a ladder at height. ;) Always enjoyable, and it's the first video ive seen that really shows the extent of how honey runs from the comb.. that was a good little angle
Great Video my friend.... I need you to bring me your Best Looking Dirt Rooster T Shirt to buy at the Hive Life Conference in January I need a size 3X please.... you pick which one.... I love the feel and quality of the first one I got in the summer...
Great video Randy! Can’t believe I wasn’t already subscribed to your channel. I’ve got some catching up to do! Hope to see you at the hive life conference!
You never disappoint, sweetie!! In case you have no time to post again before Christmas: Wishing you and all your family a very Merry Christmas! Hope your bees treat you kindly! Hugs from Florida! PS Been looking for another biggest swarm catch in the world video. Has your friend stopped using that area for his requeening efforts?
I second that motion Randy. You can drag Tommy out so he can Tape or Tuck. We want to see you beat 23?/24? hives you got in your last unofficial world record swarm catch. Only this time contact the people at Guinness before you do it, cause I think you could get your own world record and make it official.
Thank so much Julie. I hope to have one or two more out this month but who knows what life may throw at me. Merry Christmas if I don’t get to say it in a video.
I thought about contacting Guinness but we always do this so last minute I’m not sure they could have someone there in time. I do plan to do one again this year.

Super cool bee roll slomo intro. Queen on a stick. lol. Wow, that one frame was a gusher.
Yes it was! My ladder was slippery before I was done.
lmao i literally laughed out loud when you pulled out a trapped queen. I was like damn straight never seen that before barehanded, and outta no where caged queen hilarious.
Yea that was slick. Thanks for the post.

Another great production Randy ...Much appreciated ...👏👍✌
Glad you enjoyed it
Randy your intro reminded me of the old steam engines on the local train run when I was a child. Thanks from a mature lady of 76.
I forgot all about that intro. Now that you say that it does kind of remind me of the old train at Dolly Wood.

I can't help but feel like you would have a horrific ant problem after cleaning out these bees. All that honey and sweet stuff everywhere.
The roaches find it before the ants do. We have tree roaches everywhere around here. Palmetto
It looks exactly like the same place Mr. Ed removed a hive. He had to cut the fascia.

Hey Randy I have probably a dumb question. I realize that they are tending the queen but are ALL of the bees dog piling her tending the queen or is it because she's in the cage? Reason I ask is because I'm wondering if after too long all the bees covering her like that would cause her damage? Or is this just normal.
I don't know the answer to your whole question, but I think I know part of it. They would only do damage to her if she stopped being a productive queen. Otherwise, they will lovingly tend her, in all conditions. Being piled together doesn't harm any of them. They can regulate their temperature. They do sometimes pile on and "cook" a queen to death by elevating the temperature around her, but again that only happens when they are trying to get rid of her intentionally. In this case she's a well established queen in a productive hive. She is completely safe to be in that cage for a short period of time.
They're really only piled together like that because I've removed enough comb that there isn't room on the remaining combs for them all to spread out and they just need a place to be at the moment. The only ones tending the queen are right around the cage and they will rotate out. Surprisingly they don't suffocate or do harm to each other even when piled up thick like that for a couple of days.

Just a guess about the gloves. Latex glove/ natural product. Nitrile. glove/ synthetic
