Holy crap, that was long, but worth it. Thank you so much for this! Frappe is an amazing organization, and I am excited to do good work with it here. I'll be getting my certification soon!
Hi Mr.Hussain, I was wondering if I could make a video suggestion. Would you be able to go through the process of creating a simple custom app on version 14, make updates to it, commit those and push those changes to repo. To just show the whole development process and then update your frappe and bench version, to 15 with customs app still installed to show how it's supposed to be done?
Version 14 is not the latest, so I it doesn’t make sense to create content for it now. But it will be exactly the same as version 15 which I have covered in the video. IIRC I showed the full cycle…
Have a question on Permission Query : How can we filter only records that the user/users assigned to ? I want to implement this on many Doctypes: Project, Opportunity, Sales Invoice, Quote ..... tried : assigned_to = frappe.session.user but it did not work second part is that this condition will only for a specific custom role (Technicians)
Hi Hussain , If i select module - airplane mode -custom module in airplane flight , then i am not able to see 'see on website' link at record. if i use std module like selling in doctype of airplane flight then i am able to see 'see on website ' , can you pls share reason why i am not able to see 'see on website' with custom module airplane mode
@@sonalinarkar6087 Standard doesn't mean out of the box, it means for which the is custom is not checked. Or in other words, which generate code in your custom app.
Developer content. Very apreciated

Hi 👋
The Web View feature only works in standard DocTypes.
If it work for only std doctypes then for Day 2 assigment , how can add web view for Airline Flight .
