High HP, low damage, mid range attack, crowd control, team reliant This is how a tank SHOULD be designed. Him and Buster really set the standard for this class.

With the shield star power your super is guaranteed to land and u can drag the enemy team towards your team while they're helpless and won't be able to do anything. His first gadget is kinda like escape option to jump over walls. It can be used for offense as well
As a tank main I don’t think he’ll be broken, he’ll be B to A tier. Ollie is a really good tank but he’ll play a more supportive role, like Buster. He’ll be very hard to beat if his hard counters (Primo, Clancy, Collette or Griff) are gone and the fact he has good range will help him. If you like Buster/tanks in general use him

all his other stats and abilites are cracked but 1700 damage is comically bad for a brawler in 2024 i don't think he'll be that good unless you have a team comp built around him
