It's a little ambiguous, both meanings are pretty valid. Language can be tricky.

it was all about Big A's inflection, he said "How much Lego *pause* RUclipsrs make" which could be read as "How much Lego do RUclipsrs make" instead of the correct "how much (lego youtubers) make"
