Quantum Literacy- Skilling Up Business and Preparing for Community Adoption - a panel discussion at the Quantum Australia 2024 Conference, held 20-22 February in Sydney.
The panel explores key challenges and opportunities in workforce development, building a talent pipeline for quantum technology, and aligning government policies with industry needs. It also highlights the role of science communicators in inspiring STEM careers, the educational resources available to expand quantum knowledge, and what must be done to foster adoption, acceptance, and trust in quantum technologies.
