That first strip should be applied on the opposite direction because it is suposed to activate the weak/flaccid deltioid and NOT to inhibit it (which happens when you apply the tape from insertion to origin)... still, this is a great pattern to be applied in home!
Aren't both those going in the wrong direction? With the tape's recoil, you are inhibiting the deltoid with the pink one and with the tan one and the tape's recoil you are pulling the humerus back forward. ... or am i mis-understanding the functioning of the tape?
