If we use the throws keyword, what happens when the exception occurs? Can we still handle it with a try/catch? If so, what is the point of using throws when we can handle it at statement level?

Even when we add " FileNotFoundException" in throws exception, the exception is occurred and the program is getting terminated in-between.
only with try and catch block it is handled.

We, as developers know anything/0 is error but some end users will not know and will give invalid input. Without exception handling program will terminate without giving proper info to user about the error or about their invalid input was reason for the error.
