These folks need an understanding in what's more productive vs what suits themselves. Better police stations, government buildings, roads, water, Electric and Communication. A stadium and business centre should be after the basic necessities of majority citizens are met

It's encouraging to witness significant efforts by the government towards development, but it's vital to assess potential risks thoroughly. Rapid growth and sustainability bring inherent challenges, and in the context of Guyana, several critical questions arise.
Firstly, is there an adequately skilled and trained workforce to ensure the viability of these projects? It's essential to have a competent workforce that can contribute to the success of the initiatives. This necessitates proper training and skill development.
Security and controls are paramount in managing newfound prosperity. Considering Guyana's history, it's crucial to implement robust measures to safeguard against potential issues. A strong emphasis on security will help mitigate risks associated with theft and other challenges.
Additionally, addressing the historical issues of racism and theft within the Guyanese community is imperative. Strategies for fostering unity, understanding, and ethical behavior should be integral to the development plan.
To achieve sustained growth, it's essential to not only focus on the economic aspects but also on building a harmonious and ethical environment. Open dialogue, community involvement, and targeted initiatives can contribute to overcoming the historical challenges and ensuring the success of the developmental efforts.
