Mudryk in the center with Sterling and Noni wide. That way Sterling will have the responsibility to help Cucu. Mudryk wont have to track all the way back and would be handful in transitions/counters.

Despite losing probably 2 of our best players this week we might not have the worst possible lineup:

gilchrist, chalobah, thiago silva, cucurella
caicedo, Gallagher (enzo should go get his surgery we should play with the same defense with the exception of gusto)
madueke mudyrk (lets let him cook in the number 10) sterling (just not Gallagher playing LW again)
Washington (its already a difficult game and its time to give him a chance but poch is definitely not dropping jackson)
And madueke will be standing there at the end laughing like hell while Chelsea fans are crying like cats.

To be honest, how lack lustre we are without Gallagher he would be the biggest miss in my mind. There is no one that can replace that. Carney can hopefully do something as a direct replacement for Palmer. That being said, Poch may elect to go with a different set up. I.e 2 wingers. Personally, rest Enzo. Drop Gallagher back one. Sterling Mudryk Noni with Jackson up front. Overwhelm Arsenal with speed on the counter. I adore watching Mudryk in the 10 playing close to Jackson. Sterling off at 60 min, Carney on. Mudryk to the left wing.
Liking the speed idea. Can definitely work. Just have to point out that the lot of them have a shooting blanks problem... LOL!!!

Apart from the abysmal subs, Poch tactics was spot on for most of the game.
Its just that we couldnt convert our chances.

We’ve been screaming for a midfielder who can spray passes forward and out wide. Now not so much. I’m not disagreeing with you. I don’t particularly care either way as Gallagher gives way more energetic physicality and is underrated in possession. But Enzo is the best at not being press resistant. Exactly what Arsenal will bring. No Enzo, then please don’t play sharp short passing out of the backs.

Disasi as right back. Sits tight on Martinali. Be physical, no space. Close down fast. Sacrifice right sided play with Chalobah. Need to limit opportunities from their left. Disasi can make limited smart link runs whenever opportunities arise. Maybe score from a corner. Or a wing pass.
Chalobah and Silva to have each other's backs. No room for Trossard, Havertz, Odegard, Jesus. Closely marked and pressed whenever possible. Chalobah is the more intelligent passer but less quick and physical. Smooth operator like Silva. We need that central connection. Disasi switches off sometimes. More fit than Chalobah, should go the distance. Cucurella better bring his A game. Listen to Silva. No willy nilly non productive runs. Sit on Saka like a heavy anchor steadies a ship in stormy seas. Track him like worker bees protecting their queen.
Caicedo and Gallagher have their work cut out for them. Relentlessly hunt, harrass, disrupt Arsenal's midfield. Stay close, shadow each other, communicate. Our second defensive protection layer. Push Arsenal back into their defensive third. Look for early penetrating forward passes. If they tire, we sub in Gilchrist, Casadei, Ogochuku cameo.
Chukwuemeka has big shoes tonight. He's the closet to Palmer in capabilities. He gets the right wing. Mudryk has the capacity to play as a limited #10. Chelsea needs him to srep up to the challenge and play a solid 75 to 85 mins. Sterling is rested and starts left wing. Intelligent runs and link play to find Mudryk or Washington. He cannot be selfish. Like Parker show his creative side. Bring balance to the left. Defensively alot of tracking to relieve pressure on Cucurella and Gallagher. When given the opportunity pass or shoot earlier. Limit your touches. Play with your head up.
Washington starts until he runs out of gas. Then introduce Jackson, chilling on ice. Willing to make amends to score.
Madeuke will relieve Chukwuemeka if his work rate drops or tactical changes require a switch to the middle.
Pochettino it's all about confidence, composure and game management. Tweak the squad and tactics for 1v1 breaches. Determine penalty and corner kickers. No squabbling, very professional and focused. Under performers quickly spoken to or substituted. Silva, Disasi, Chalobah, Mudryk, Chukwuemeka, Gallagher, Washington have to be focal corner point players. Arsenal are fighting for the league with 6 games to play, they need to control and manage this game effectively to get a result, problem is what we have had this season is chaos because we are playing on hope and chaos will rock Arsenal. We need Mourinho 100%. Poch doesn't seem to manage his player's fitness. Mou gives players days off, light training etc around congested fixtures. He's won trebles and already knows that balance to keep players fit without pushing them to injury. Give Poch that Inter side and they'd have likely won nothing. He's just not a title winner and doesn't seem like he's getting there.
