@ Spencer W, You can actually have both by investing in REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts). Bought through a low cost broker such as Fidelity Investments or Vanguard. I like that they pay you dividends to own them.

Yes it is. The goal is to pay less TAXES. That’s why having a home based business makes a difference. The wealthy make their money invest their money spend their money and then pay taxes on their money. Employees are TAXED off the top so start out with less to do those other things with.
The mobile home interview was the one that really reeled me in with these guys. I bought the Mobile home course deon that couple and bought Wall Street Trappers course. I’m up 100%+ in four different companies. I went MH shopping a few months back but stopped due to not having my own wheels. Will be back on the road looking for MH’s in 4 to 5 months. EYL is god sent

I consistently invest $250 every 2 weeks and have seen over 68% increase in a short amount of time. My goal is long-term investing (buy /hold for 10 years) to build wealth. I don't do options, etc.

Jezreel Jones I have a trucking business which I own and operate . I have a housekeeping business. I own a townhouse that I use as an airbnb property. I also have a vending machine business. Since I’m over the road I 00% time I employ family members to manage housekeeping .
