Nicky I dont now how to tell you this, but now I will try anyhow; What julliana told you about the reason to Darrens dead, I senced right after I got the message on you tube.... and there was so much I wanted to tell you. But I restrained my self as I often have done for so long. But I have been "kicked in the ass" to be more open and take the beating if they come. And this 3D stuff your are talking about, you CAN minimize. I have for the last 20-30 years split myself up in soul and human. Which made me able to determend which side I wanted to be the dominated side...an easy choise. And now Im 70% soul connected to heaven and only 30% human. My god it makes at least my life so much easyer. Im a loner...or at least I live alone...so much that it is quiet a performance. But I never feel alone like humans would do....never. I have always my guide, well one of them " Domus" to my left side..and we talk every day. It is actually a relief no to be so much human. I hope you understand what im saying, the right way! Love you!! By the way Jesus will love to give you strength if you ask for it!!
How much more did I sign up for? Nicky, I felt that in my bones. When my 3rd child was 18 months old I was diagnosed w/ BC, my husband started an affair with a subordinate so we divorced, he stopped paying the mortgage so the kids and I lost our home, and one child became suicidal - all in 5 years' time. Now it's 14 years later and when I look back I think, wow, I really signed up for the whole battery of tragedy didn't I. Yes, I survived, but the wounds are deep and still healing so Nicky, thank you for being so very brave in sharing your grief. It's definitely helped me remember and honor the grief I went through and celebrate the survivor in me and the spirit guides who never left my side. Happy Birthday Nicky.

Much of my grief stems from grieving my old life, before disrupted hormones and never ending sleep deprivation! Someone gave me some good advice when my marriage ended. Don't do anything for a year. Don't make any major decisions for a year. It may seem like a long time but if you make these major decisions any earlier, you will be making them from emotion and not from a clear head and they may not be the right decisions. I just made that comment because you were saying you were feeling lost (where do I go now? What do I do now? What are my plans? ) it will all become clear after the raw emotion starts to dissipate. Like you said, small steps. I remember feeling the same way, after my husband told me he didn't want to be with me anymore, I sat on the edge of my bed and couldn't get up. It was a shock to me as I was grieving my mother that I also had to grieve myself because as I waited for the old me to come back I realised that was not going to happen, couldn't happen because the loss had changed me completely and it was all part of it 💔

I will never understand how someone could be so cruel to another human being for absolutely no reason at all but for the sake of being that way. I am thankful that you now are able to isolate yourself away from them and their gross behavior. I know that we are all supposed to "understand" that bad behavior is misunderstood and that people who present it are hurting deep inside.....but I will be the first to admit that I do NOT understand it. I've done a lot of pillow screaming, hot shower crying, and sad music listening (I'm convinced that The Cure's music exists for the purpose of releasing hurt out loud) over the course of my 56 years on this planet. After I lost my Rob in November 2022, my birthday the following February was vile, as was my birthday in 2024. Rob's birthday in the July of 2023 was so very hard for me, as was the anniversary of his death in November 2023 - his birthday in 2024 and, as for this years anniversary, it isn't long off and I'm dreading it. Valentine's Days; our anniversary's and Christmases are all the same. I couldn't look at any photos of my Rob, unless I had to for whatever reason. After nearly two years, I still can't look at any photos or videos of him - unless I have to. I don't think I'll ever be bubbly ever again. 😢😭 Thanks for your message in your video. 😘

Whenever I've had bad anxiety with palpitations, that's the medication I've had and it did help me. They weren't addictive just helped stop some really uncomfortable symptoms which stopped the anxiety getting worse.

I lost my son in 2013 and both my mom and dad in 2015 and the physical pain was unbearable ! I ended up getting a remote healing it helped lift the intense physical pain of grief . My heart will always be hurt from losses I “carry on” and enjoy life the best I can. For me, someone will be missing at the family celebrations and life moments, but life and love goes on. Someone gave me some good advice when my marriage ended. Don't do anything for a year. Don't make any major decisions for a year. It may seem like a long time but if you make these major decisions any earlier, you will be making them from emotion and not from a clear head and they may not be the right decisions. It sounds like where you are now, with your family, where they can take care of you and show you the unconditional love you need right now is exactly where you need to be. I just made that comment because you were saying you were feeling lost (where do I go now? What do I do now? What are my plans? ) it will all become clear after the raw emotion starts to dissipate. Like you said, small steps. I remember feeling the same way, after my husband told me he didn't want to be with me anymore, I sat on the edge of my bed and couldn't get up. I kept thinking the same things you are thinking about where is my life going now?? Small steps and time helped me start my new life. It was a shock to me as I was grieving my mother that I also had to grieve myself because as I waited for the old me to come back I realised that was not going to happen, couldn't happen because the loss had changed me completely and it was all part of it 💔

Nicky.....the ugliness that death brings out in people truly is heartbreaking. I will never understand how someone could be so cruel to another human being for absolutely no reason at all but for the sake of being that way. I am thankful that you now are able to isolate yourself away from them and their gross behavior. I know that we are all supposed to "understand" that bad behavior is misunderstood and that people who present it are hurting deep inside.....but I will be the first to admit that I do NOT understand it. I've done a lot of pillow screaming, hot shower crying, and sad music listening (I'm convinced that The Cure's music exists for the purpose of releasing hurt out loud) over the course of my 56 years on this planet. Your instincts are I dare say better than most.....so trust them to help get you through this - absolute worst part of loving someone.💔

After I lost my Rob in November 2022, my birthday the following February was vile, as was my birthday in 2024. Rob's birthday in the July of 2023 was so very hard for me, as was the anniversary of his death in November 2023 - his birthday in 2024 and, as for this years anniversary, it isn't long off and I'm dreading it. Valentine's Days; our anniversary's and Christmases are all the same. I couldn't look at any photos of my Rob, unless I had to for whatever reason. After nearly two years, I still can't look at any photos or videos of him - unless I have to. I don't think I'll ever be bubbly ever again. 😢😭 Thanks for your message in your video. 😘

Whenever I've had bad anxiety with palpitations, that's the medication I've had and it did help me. They weren't addictive just helped stop some really uncomfortable symptoms which stopped the anxiety getting worse.

I lost my son in 2013 and both my mom and dad in 2015 and the physical pain was unbearable ! I ended up getting a remote healing it helped lift the intense physical pain of grief . My heart will always be hurt from losses I “carry on” and enjoy life the best I can. For me, someone will be missing at the family celebrations and life moments, but life and love goes on.
The sparkle in your eyes will return one day, walk through your grief and be kind to yourself Nicky.
