So here’s some tips on the monsters I’ve seen you encounter so far. If you wanna be surprised, don’t read!! •Bracken, glance at it and it’ll run away for a bit. Stare at it too long and it gets mad and comes for you. You CAN kill the bracken but it’s very hard without the shotgun. •Head crab thingy (I forgot it’s actual name, the one that wraps around your head) can be knocked off someone’s head if you hit it with a sign, then you can kill it too. You can also kill it by leaving the building with it on your head, if you can remember where the exits are. •Dogs you got the gist of, be quiet around them, don’t get too close or they may hear you even when crouched. If you’re confident enough, you CAN kill the dogs by closing the ship door, getting their attention while in the ship, and hitting them with a sign/shovel/knife through the door. This is risky though because if you don’t do it quick enough, the door will open and now all the dogs you attracted to the door are in the ship. (There’s a chance this only works because of mods too, I saw this tactic from someone else’s channel so-) •Baboon Hawks (you saw it once, on your first Vow mission this stream) can steal your stuff, but I don’t think they can steal from the ship? To scare them away just either be in a group, or make loud noises at them. •There’s two types of bugs outside, Circuit Bees and Swarming Locusts. Circuit Bees will hurt you when close to their nest, which is like a ball. They also are in a small, concentrated little swarm. Swarming Locusts won’t hurt you, they’re just there for ✨ambiance✨, and they don’t swarm around a specific thing. Their swarm shape is much larger and sparse compared to bees. •Spiders seem to only be able to take action if someone touches a web. When a web is touched they’ll go there and check if anyone is nearby. This thing can be take out by shovels. •Loot Bugs steal stuff from inside the facility, and will hide it in a horde. They’re generally friendly unless you hit them, or they see you get near their hoard. You can tell when they want you to leave because they’ll raise their arms up. •I always suggest taking a sign or shovel with you, so that you can take out things like Head Crabs, Loot Bugs, Spiders, and Thumpers. •People are telling you to keep some stuff rather than sell it all. I say do what you want. If you sell it all you’ll have money to buy shovels and better flashlights whenever you need, as well as things like teleporters. You can also go to better planets with better loot if you have more money. But if you keep some of the loot, you can have some backup for the quota in case the facility you went to just really sucked. But there’s also the risk you run that if everyone dies, you’ll lose all THAT as well. •Inverse Teleporter teleports you *into* the facility at a random location with no stuff. Teleporter teleports you OUT of the facility with no stuff. Inverse is good for a change of pace and some fun (maybe you’ll also find some loot you didn’t see before?), but other than that, it isn’t g r e a t. Teleporter is fantastic for emergency exits, or if someone is already dead, retrieving their body easily (you can’t retrieve bodies if they’ve been eaten by a Worm, Giant, or the Company Monster.). Luckily, I don’t think ship ‘furniture’ leaves unless you miss quota, so you’ve got this thing for as long as you can keep up the pace- •Very red very spiky bushes are Vain shrouds. They spawn outside. They spawn a kidnapper fox which grabs you with it’s tongue and drags you back to the Shrouds, where it instakills you. You can kill it, and APPARENTLY a maximum of one can spawn each day. So when you kill it you don’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day. Weed Killer kills the Vain Shrouds, giving the kidnapper fox less area to kill in. •The thing that jumped on Xisuma’s head outside is called a Tulip Snake! They’re relatively harmless, and you’re new best friend XD$ One is completely safe, but if you get 2, it’s harder to control, and 3 or more you start flying, you can control that a bit but it’s also kinda crazy XD$

Just a small piece of advice: The walkie will last basically an entire day on the moons, so it's generally better to turn it on right away and just leave it on for the duration of the day. Can also be a good way to have the battery life be a guesstimation on what time it is in the day. Also, there's a mod that gives the walkie it's own inventory slot and the ability to use it while holding any item (including the large two-handed ones). Definitely worth checking out :)
my favorite dinosaur is the stegosaurus. Did you know that the velociraptor is actually tinier than what Jurassic Park displayed them? The Utah Raptor is the actual 6 foot tall raptor that should have been in the movie. be eh, whatever. And I like watching you guys play lethal company, it's great fun and hilarious to watch. I usually stay in the thing and help the team by opening doors and deactivating mines and turrets for a few moments.
My favorite dinosaur is the Parasaurolophus! Ive always been fascinated with their crests. and Yeah! I do actually know! Makes me a bit upset because we have a whole other totally cool dinosaur that people are calling velociraptors. The biggest tip I have to give is scan the monsters cause if you do all their info on the terminal including how to survive them and how dangerous they are
Impulse and the hermits are just having fun here and you know what? That's the best part in here. It doesn't matter if they're still bad at the game. Impulse and Skizz isn't focused on this game to just play it more and remember everything that they learned before. They have other games to play like, guess what? Minecraft and Phasmophobia. And as someone with short term memory loss, I also can't remember some things I did months ago and if I do, it was either too late or unnecessary. Xisuma and Rendog are still rookies in this game. They're playing this game at their own pace and that's better than forcing themselves to be "professionals" just to please some people. Just commenting this, and this is a very great stream. I hope there are more hermits playing games like this.
I have a new need! A Ren, Imp and Skizz 7D2D play through. Absolutely love that game and truly believe that you guys would enjoy it. Steep learning curve but once you get it and get settled it’s a great survival game.
Hiya Impulse! Idk if you'll see this but when you were asking is typing "switch" the only way to shift views- it's not. There's another huge screen on the computer panel, 90 degrees left from the main one. If you click the huge red button on it, it'll change views to the next player. Also easier for using walkies while monitoring!

I always enjoy watching groups play Lethal Company. Hope you guys will play again. The addition of Ren and X was an unexpected treat. Someone must teach Skizz that hands full differs from inventory full. I'm still not convinced he knows the difference. He kept heading back when his hands were full, but with open inventory spots. Must also teach Skizz the lockers are openable. He walked up to the lockers, but failed to open them. Luckily, X checked the room later and retrieved the items in the locker Skizz missed out on. Hints: Bracken - Once you know there is a Bracken in the vicinity, you should frequently check behind you. There M.O. is sneaking up behind a player and snapping their neck. Breaker boxes - always check that all the switches are on for best environmental lighting. Switch arm pointing left is on.
i like that the hermitcraft crew has some hermitcraft crew in other games and enjoy anytime that group grows. deepens bonds beyond just the minecraft videos. could understand people not liking it though

You guys should play "sketchy contracts", it is basically lethal company but a lot more type of map with different difficulty, you can stay overnight, sells monster body, and you can buy guns, plus a lot of upgradable skills too like increase health. Cosmetic and money you earned that you buy will stay even tho you die, except tools and guns. It is more chill too
Yeah, full agree on the stupidity of "push to mute" not being an optional thing anywhere. It is the more practical option for any, and all possible scenarios. You'll 100% remember to press the key to mute if there's something outside of the activity space that needs addressing, and hard toggle mute buttons exist sometimes, but it isn't the same as a "activate on push _until released_" type of input command. The only reason ptt is a thing is because of being what you needed with walkie talkies. Those don't need an 'always on' hot mic when their primary function is receiving signals; that is not how it is in a hands-free _preferred_ gaming environment. 😓

2:36:33 That switch there isn't for the door. (Pretty sure there is no control for the door from the outside?) You were on the opposite side of the ship from the door. That switch turns on a magnet outside the ship that something big you can buy eventually can be attached to so you can keep it when you leave and use it again when you land somewhere else.
I know it probably won't happen but I would love to see this group play that one map with the mask that takes over people's bodies I just want to hear Ren's and X's reactions honestly
Very fun game, you guys should check out mods sometime! If you want to know what some good mods to use are, install a mod manager like thunderstore or r2modman and sort by popular or highest rated. People really like the skinwalkers mod, which has monsters play back things people have said to trick you. There's also reserved slots for walkies, flashlights, etc. to help preserve inventory space. If you do decide to keep playing this game, modded is the way to go as it adds a lot of QOL updates, cool features, and more. Noticed at the end you raided CaptainSparklez, you can also ask him what some good mods are. He has played a lot of modded Lethal Company, so he knows what's important for a modded experience.

Impulse and the hermits are just having fun here and you know what? That's the best part in here. It doesn't matter if they're still bad at the game. Impulse and Skizz isn't focused on this game to just play it more and remember everything that they learned before. They have other games to play like, guess what? Minecraft and Phasmophobia. And as someone with short term memory loss, I also can't remember some things I did months ago and if I do, it was either too late or unnecessary. Xisuma and Rendog are still rookies in this game. They're playing this game at their own pace and that's better than forcing themselves to be "professionals" just to please some people. Just commenting this, and this is a very great stream. I hope there are more hermits playing games like this.

I have a new need! A Ren, Imp and Skizz 7D2D play through. Absolutely love that game and truly believe that you guys would enjoy it. Steep learning curve but once you get it and get settled it’s a great survival game.
Hiya Impulse! Idk if you'll see this but when you were asking is typing "switch" the only way to shift views- it's not. There's another huge screen on the computer panel, 90 degrees left from the main one. If you click the huge red button on it, it'll change views to the next player. Also easier for using walkies while monitoring!

I always enjoy watching groups play Lethal Company. Hope you guys will play again. The addition of Ren and X was an unexpected treat.
Someone must teach Skizz that hands full differs from inventory full. I'm still not convinced he knows the difference. He kept heading back when his hands were full, but with open inventory spots. Must also teach Skizz the lockers are openable. He walked up to the lockers, but failed to open them. Luckily, X checked the room later and retrieved the items in the locker Skizz missed out on.
Hints:
Bracken - Once you know there is a Bracken in the vicinity, you should frequently check behind you. There M.O. is sneaking up behind a player and snapping their neck.
Breaker boxes - always check that all the switches are on for best environmental lighting. Switch arm pointing left is on.
Another hint: Pay attention to gaps!

i like that the hermitcraft crew has some hermitcraft crew in other games and enjoy anytime that group grows. deepens bonds beyond just the minecraft videos. could understand people not liking it though

You guys should play "sketchy contracts", it is basically lethal company but a lot more type of map with different difficulty, you can stay overnight, sells monster body, and you can buy guns, plus a lot of upgradable skills too like increase health. Cosmetic and money you earned that you buy will stay even tho you die, except tools and guns. It is more chill too
Yeah, full agree on the stupidity of "push to mute" not being an optional thing anywhere. It is the more practical option for any, and all possible scenarios. You'll 100% remember to press the key to mute if there's something outside of the activity space that needs addressing, and hard toggle mute buttons exist sometimes, but it isn't the same as a "activate on push _until released_" type of input command. The only reason ptt is a thing is because of being what you needed with walkie talkies. Those don't need an 'always on' hot mic when their primary function is receiving signals; that is not how it is in a hands-free _preferred_ gaming environment. 😓

2:36:33 That switch there isn't for the door. (Pretty sure there is no control for the door from the outside?) You were on the opposite side of the ship from the door. That switch turns on a magnet outside the ship that something big you can buy eventually can be attached to so you can keep it when you leave and use it again when you land somewhere else.

Very fun game, you guys should check out mods sometime! If you want to know what some good mods to use are, install a mod manager like thunderstore or r2modman and sort by popular or highest rated. People really like the skinwalkers mod, which has monsters play back things people have said to trick you. There's also reserved slots for walkies, flashlights, etc. to help preserve inventory space. If you do decide to keep playing this game, modded is the way to go as it adds a lot of QOL updates, cool features, and more.
Noticed at the end you raided CaptainSparklez, you can also ask him what some good mods are. He has played a lot of modded Lethal Company, so he knows what's important for a modded experience.
