Very nice Explanation 👍🏻
Nice video! I thought however that in order to mobilize the flap one needs to perform periostal incision, but not vertical incision. Am I right?
Hello, thank you for your explanations. I have 2 questions :
1/ MPPT and SPPT are choosen according the interdental space (>2mm or
Maam is modified papilla preservation technique similar to minimally invasive surgical technique (mist) or related
Mist has 2 types.. mppt and sppf based on presence of interdental width. Both given by cortellini et al. Will be discussing sppf in next video. Hope this helps.
Thanks maam
Ma'am there is no pdf available for this video?
Why do is Need SPPT and MPPT if we have a Technic of papilla preservation. Why the papila remains here on palatal side? What is th sense? Lindhe writes that it was invented for supply primary closure above membrane. Is it right?
These are minimal and conservative approaches. They basically help retain blood supply, enhance primary closure and ofcourse esthetics. Refer Cortellini and tonetti articles on minimally invasive periodontal surgical procedures
