That was a nice tip on shaving the lip off the bottom of the window. I never would’ve thought of that. Why are you hammering though? Can’t you use a power tool construction screws or something or with the framing nailer?
You don't want flashing tape over the outside bottom flange, If moisture or condensation gets under the window the moisture needs to be able to drain out from under that outter bottom flange. Reference: ruclips.net/video/7XFS3oLu5J8/видео.htmlsi=WKAGZyPzKxctPpNc
You shouldn't have cut your house wrap flush with the window opening. You should leave a lip so it overlaps into the frame. That way, if some water does get behind the window, it still runs into a watertight barrier and will drain out instead of soaking into the wood. Is Tanya from Louisiana? I keep picking up a bit of Creole in her accent.
The greenhouse is awesome! I love the live edge shelves. Nice work, Guys!
Thanks so much!
Glad you're doing better. Always something to learn on first time projects.
I hope you're feeling even better, Tony. Nothing worse than being ill. The windows looks great!! Great job!! Thanks for sharing, ya'll.
Thank you my friend
Sorry you have been sick! I had Covid twice. Not fun!
I'm excited to see the progress on the cabin. I look forward to seeing y'all finish it.
In the past i have used paint tape to catch the over spray of foam. I know it adds time to project. Cabin an Green House look stellar.
Happy healing Tony..
If it any consolation, I just watched the last 18 Videos I missed LOL..

I think you are going to have to build her a second greenhouse for her plants, since that has become her she-shed sunroom.
Cabin is looking good.

I agree. I went back and removed it.
