Never could've thought that you could extract so much meat out of a Lobster untill i watched this Vid! in my mind eating a Lobster is like leaving a Dining table still hungry! the meal itself looks very tempting and light! , you can always lower the cost by using Prawn or Shrimp Meat as a replcement to Lobster , also by mixing some Bashemil sauce ( Flour, milk and butter Roux) to it before frying! that would give it a crunchier crust while keeping it soft and silky on the inside! thanks!!
@@D-Z321 i think that the Cook used 2 different Species of Lobsters ,the colored Clawless Lobster is native , while the 2nd one with the Claws is imported , probably from Maine !

Never could've thought that you could extract so much meat out of a Lobster untill i watched this Vid! in my mind eating a Lobster is like leaving a Dining table still hungry! the meal itself looks very tempting and light! , you can always lower the cost by using Prawn or Shrimp Meat as a replcement to Lobster , also by mixing some Bashemil sauce ( Flour, milk and butter Roux) to it before frying! that would give it a crunchier crust while keeping it soft and silky on the inside! thanks!!
Crazy to think that this species of lobster isn’t even native to Thailand. Native lobsters in Thailand, that are edible, don’t have meaty claws.
@@D-Z321 i think that the Cook used 2 different Species of Lobsters ,the colored Clawless Lobster is native , while the 2nd one with the Claws is imported , probably from Maine !
