I am so glad I found this interview Friends first ... No wonder this beautiful work has moved everyone who has heard it.. and has intelligence to know pure talent . I am enamored by this album ... waiting for Frost* to tour in the states 🙏🙏🙏
The song "Life in the Wires pt 2 " is one of the most intense moving talented brilliant songs I have heard This is a combo of Dream Theatre Yes, Genesis, and Rush, who are all my favorites. But Frost has now held their own as an entity of prog history
PLEASE GOD COME TO THE UNITED STATES! If Frost* is anywhere near me, I will be there. Great interview, loving the new album, but boy is it deep. Requires many, many listens, like good prog does.
Really good interview, Jem is always fun to listen to. Already pre ordered the new album (and I'm an old Prog fan of 67 and "cut my teeth" on Yes, Genesis, Floyd, Crimson and of course gentle Giant)
Let’s all take a moment to acknowledge a few things … 1. We live in a time where Jem Godfrey exists and gave us this masterpiece of an album!!! 2. We live in a time where Frost* exists and therefore it is a very real possibility we get to see them perform live!! 3. We are able to watch this video!! What a treat. 4. The host lives in Alaska, which is already cool. But he’s smart enough to recognize how GREAT this album is and interview Jem for all of us. The added bonus is his great radio voice and infectious laugh. God I love those glinty, twinkling Brit proggers! “14 tracks of Frost* goodness” … YES
i am absolutely looking forward to the new album. Too bad I have to wait until Nov 1 to get it here in Canada. Oh well. Good things come to those who wait! Who said that? That's nonsense!
Good lord, Scott! I don't know who are and I don't know your history. I'm here for Frost*, but I gotta say; Your presence and mic quality is very impressive to me. You truly have the pro broadcast voice. I aspire.
What a genuinely lovely chat with Jem, thank you for putting this out. Always exciting to hear about a new Frost album, but a double concept album, WOW! Can't wait. Subscribed and will check out more of your output. 😊😊👍👍
Awesome interview... Love Gem, love the band, always a massive influence on my humble musical etchings, love the work as a whole... and from what I've heard so far this is a great mix of old/new Frost*... am so looking forward to the release and, hopefully, tour!! 😎👍
I love Frost* because they're a bunch of old buggers just having fun.
That's where they win the most!
