Shameful that lower courts are not looking at the situation and restricting bails. Every court case goes to SC is really bad. The charges and the way police acted on the case with videos early available on social media whereas medical tests were done very late. Swati exits from CM house video is big proof that she way not injured and misbehaving. Every institution should be impartial and never punishment to innocent.
