You see, the Lord Jesus NEVER said he was good- not because he is evil- but because he knows that his supernatural powers are rooted from the heart of his Father (God). Throughout the Gospel, Jesus shows his humbleness by praising his Father, always. In other words, Jesus always glorified his Father in Heaven despite of him being the begotten one, the Messiah, the King. So, Jesus is the example for all humanity of how to be truly humble: In fact he is so humble that he never directly said "I am the Messiah" nor "I am god" outloud, he didn't even said that to his own apostles (what he did do was hint at it through parables or stories). It also happens the other way around: the Father praises Jesus also: a) at the Jordan River when God spoke to Saint John the Baptist just before baptizing Jesus, b) By giving him to the world as the Lamb who takes away the sins of the world via his crucifixion. Nor in "(b) by giving him to the world as lamb to take away the sins of the world via his crucifixion". God didn't say that. It's your interpretation/conjecture. You can as well take a bath in the Ganges, Ganga Devi in Hinduism can wash away your sins by bathing in the water there.

Once a pastor emotionally ranted in the church, I was there, he said "if Jesus didn't die in the cross, then what are we doing here, let's go home". I was musing myself with "where will you go, you got to die and go back there". 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's never enjoyable to be persecuted for walking the path of Jesus Christ, but when I have a day when I see no persecution or difficult days, I wonder if I was slack that day. Did I not represent the Lord well that day. 😊 Strange isn't it? When the world seems to love me, I know I must draw myself closer to Jesus. What a strange guage of our walk with the Lord, but so it seems. When this world accepts you and everyone seems to like or love you, be sure, you need to run closer to Jesus Christ and hold on tight. Be bold when you speak of Jesus. Stay true to him. People will return to persecuting you soon enough, but Father God will smile upon you and bless you and care for you.
