I just got this game today, after struggling for like 5 hours just to stay on the bike I was able to get a 1:40 on that exact same track at the start on a stock bike I only managed to place 3rd against the AI set on easy 😂😂
I actually really like this game. Big fan of the MXGP games 🔥 I have been using a different controller overlay for the other bike games. If I get chance I’ll remake this video with the new overlay 👍🏻
@@DrAce46 I would love it, I learned a lot from your motogp overlay and how you said to use analog in clock and counter clock motion helped me a lot winning online races. and also controller overlay for mxgp of whips scrubs and controling bikes in the air tutorial would be great

Hey I just bought this game, this is my first time buying a mxgp game since mxgp pro. I'm able to stay on the bike, but I'm so slow on qualifying. Idk what the game logic is but when I'm qualifying even when I feel like I did rlly good, I'm still like 8 seconds behind the guy in 19th position, but when I get into the race I'm like flash and always get first. Why are the racers so fast in qualifying but so slow in the actual race?
@DrAce OK bc this was confused me, I didn't know If I was doing good or not since these AI would be doing 10 seconds faster than me but I'd still beat them in realistic difficulty thx for the clarification.
This is the first Mx game I bought as an adult. I came from MX Unleashed on the original Xbox. I played the campaign on very easy and I struggled the entire time just trying to control the bike. I’m not sure if I’m just doing something wrong or what lol please help
There's not much else I can teach you than what I've already explained in the video, just be sure to be gentle with the inputs rather than full throttle all the time or flicking the analogue stick
skipped MXGP 2020 and this is dreadful coming from 2019.. I like how you cant give it all throttle, but I always found putting real life motocross knowledge and bike feel gave me a good start in the games but this just doesnt have that feel to it
If the game was meant to be played that way it would be the default option. It isn’t. I actually prefer the first person but 90% of my viewers prefer third person so this video is for them 👍🏻
@@DrAce46 I can only play car racing games in 1st person (Gran Turismo 7) but I can’t play dirt bike games in 1st person. It doesn’t feel right especially when you need to see the back tire for jumps and railing berms correctly

It’s just going to take time to get used to the game, play around with the handling settings and see if that helps

I’m not sure why the A.I is like this to be honest. Some tracks they can be beaten in qualifying but the rest they are too fast lol

@@DrAce46 does PC version have the terrain deformation also, where it makes the bike wobble constantly unless you keep your rider weight to the rear?

It feels more awkward compared to the past games. Controls can be sluggish as well sadly

Each one to their own mate, use whatever camera angle suits you best 👍🏻
