Christmas Day breakfast is ALWAYS croissants, really creamy scrambled egg with chives, and fab smoked salmon from our fishmonger. We wash it down with Mimosas - champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Loved these recipes, your breakfast looked so tasty, we love smoked salmon so have to try that, haven’t tried scrambled egg with cream and butter, that loks like a game changer. The Aldi mini meatballs are just gorgeous, we had Italian herb, garlic and red wine ones, they were the tastiest ever, but oh my word the sauce you made looked just ‘unctuous’ especially with all the garlic and adding marmite too. Got to love a great spag bol. I could go on and on but basically going to copy these, oh the amazing satay chicken at the start, nom nom, thank you for sharing all of these tasty recipes. We usually have croissants or cheese and marmite crumpets for Christmas morning breakfast, ideally Christmassy shaped crumpets 😂

I use a beef stock pot with red wine, they’re very nice
For the croissants you can substitute the smoked salmon with a slice of salami. No butter and no egg.
We have a freshly baked baguette with bacon snd a Buck’s Fizz ❤
