My brand new laptop was not updated. I did so and restarted it and FINALLY the store opened. I really was hoping I wouldn’t have to return my laptop.

What good is creating another user account if you can't use Store app on your main account?? Adding another account did not work. Store did not work for other user account either.
I've tried all of solutions that I can find on internet (including this) but none of them are working (my Microsoft Store and any other app that related are not opened), now I'm running system scan on my laptop while trying to find any other solution that I haven't tried yet If there is any other solution to fix this problem (even if it's hard), can you please tell me? Thank you

bro my store keeps crashing on its loding and in services i dont have windows update option and in settings its shows me error when update windows helpp!!!!!!
it's not doing anything, and now my pc freezes all the time. Thank you so much. Dont make video's if you are just trying random things and hoping everything is solved.
Hey nice vids, i have watched them both, done what you have said but i still cant open the windows store. i can not unisnstall it or reinstall it. i get the message ms- windows- store purge caches. is there any thing else that i can try? i am setting up my sons gaming pc for his birthday regards jason

Would suggest to install all the available windows updates , restart the computer and check
