How was your connection of colored cables between the chase light and the feniex control? which cable color goes with which one? To modify the patterns.
Great video and many thanks for the explanation. Could you explain me how you wired it? You activate the top two bottons for the strobe patterns. But do you wired one strobe to on button and then the other two strobes to the other button? Many thanks in advance for your help
Each light has 5 functions so you would wire one function to one button for instance cargo light for one button, reverse light to another button and so on. Hope this helps! Thanks!
@@UTVDIRT thanks for your answer. That makes sense. And since you have 3 chase lights, you gonna get the same function from each light on the same button?
If your talking about the controller the red wire goes to the battery and black to ground. The bottom middle button on the controller is the on and off button.
There are chase lights that you can buy that come with two switches a rocker switch and another switch to control the functions. I like using the controller cause you can add other lights and accessories to it. I highly recommend the Feniex controller and its easy to install.
You connect the positive and negative form the controller to the battery. Then you connect the negative from the chase lights to the battery. Then you connect the wires from the chase lights to the controller to whatever button you want to control that function
Looks great fellas . Appreciate all the work you do in bringing us these videos.
Thanks Peter! I appreciate your continued support. More vids on the way!

You can put it in the middle. I guess it's just your personal preference. Thanks for watching!
Are these pretty bright? worried about not being able to see these in heavy dust during the day time? Great vid btw!
Yes they are very bright and you will definitely be seen in heavy dust. Thanks for watching!

The feniex controller makes the pattern.
Very nice, that looks super cool. Thanks
Thanks! They look really cool in person and are bright especially at night.
Nice video, do you think is possible to use it as a brake light in a motorcycle?
Yes it has wires for a brake light but I decided not to use them.

@@andresherren Yes that is correct.
Which is the on/off wire ? Cause i hooked em up and they can’t turn off

is it possible to connect the chase light whiteout the controller ?

What mount did you use for the Feniex 4200 Mini Controller?
I used the mount that came with the controller.
Great Video!
Thanks!
What AWG did you use to wire it up thanks in advance... can’t wait to do my chase lights
I used 18 gauge wire for the job. I have links for all the parts used in the description of this video. Thanks for watching!
@@UTVDIRT awesome thank you very much
No problem!
How much time did that job take?
Probably 4 hours but we took our time. I could do it faster but I am OCD and wanted the wiring to be perfect. Lol
Need to put the blue on the right side
I am okay with it in the middle and will have to leave it there because its already wired. I don't want to redo the whole thing. Thanks for watching!
Nice Video
Thanks Tim!
Also, with that controller how many of these lights can you wire in? Can i do 4 or 6 of these lights? Thanks
Yes you can do four with no problem. Each button you can have a max of 3.5 amps.
Okay so I need to connect the controller positive and negative to the battery and the rigid chase positive and negative to the baetttry too right?
You connect the positive and negative form the controller to the battery. Then you connect the negative from the chase lights to the battery. Then you connect the wires from the chase lights to the controller to whatever button you want to control that function
UTV DIRT so the positive for the light you don’t connect it to the battery but the controller right because it’s a function?
Yep that's where the power comes for the chase the light because the controller is the positive
UTV DIRT got it thank you very much your the best
No problem
