Shifter is one of the main reasons I'm back and forth on the Frog build. Its definitely the most powerful and consistent, but foregoing Shifter really hurts. I'm tempted to go back and try the old Iblee going first/Shifter + breakers going 2nd build and A/B the 2. Live Twin Spright (no runicks) is also very powerful and consistent
